Recommendations for the preparation of your papers

In order to facilitate the subsequent preparation of your papers for publication, we recommend that you adopt the following presentation standards:

  • Use only Times Unicode font
  • Set the tab to 0.5 cm
  • The page width should be 12 cm (right margin: 4.5 cm; left margin, 4.5 cm)
  • Do not use automatic procedures (for the numbering of tables, bulleted lists, automatic tables, etc.)
  • Do not use tabs to make columns, but present the data in a table
  • Charts, tables and figures shall not exceed a width of 12 cm
  • Do not use ALL CAPS for titles
  • The names of authors should only be written with an initial capital (Newman and not NEWMAN)
  • Follow the APA standards in your bibliography

We’d appreciate very much if you followed these recommendations. Note, however, that compliance with these presentation standards does not affect the acceptance of your paper for the conference proceedings. All submissions to the conference proceedings will be evaluated by a scientific committee.

PowerPoint presentations are welcome. A video projector will be accessible in the conference room.

Conseils de présentation des communications

Afin de simplifier la préparation ultérieure des communications pour l’édition, nous vous conseillons dès maintenant d’adopter les normes de présentation suivantes :

  • Employer uniquement la police Times Unicode
  • Régler la tabulation à 0,5 cm
  • La largeur de page doit être de 12 cm (marge droite : 4,5 cm ; marge gauche, 4,5 cm)
  • Ne pas utiliser de procédure automatique (numérotation des tableaux, listes à puces, tableaux automatiques, etc.)
  • Ne pas utiliser la tabulation pour faire des colonnes, mais disposer les données dans un tableau
  • Les cartes, tableaux et graphiques ne doivent pas dépasser une largeur de 12 cm
  • Aucun titre ne doit être tout en majuscules
  • Les noms d’auteurs doivent comporter la majuscule à l’initiale seulement (Newman et pas NEWMAN)
  • Bibliographie : suivre la norme APA.
